Pollution Coefficient ,Effluent Discharge, DCO, DBO5, MES T, NGL, PT …
Chemical & Petrochemical Engineering, Final Year Project
All relevant results will be published in international journals and presented at national and international conferences. In addition, if these materials perform well, the patentability of any new results will be considered before any public disclosure.
Perform analyses on hospital wastewater (COD, BOD5, MEST, NGL, PT,…) and draw a pollution coefficient from these analyses.
Compile their analyses to highlight the different pollutants and their evolution over time (Graph of the pollution coefficient as a function of the concentration for each parameter analyzed).
Using Matlab software, perform statistical analyses to quantify the variability of parameters (COD, BOD5, MEST, NGL, PT…). The number of samples analyzed must be significant.
Research the current regulations applied in technologically advanced countries for those responsible for controlling hospital wastewater given a draft regulation in France.
Anticipating water treatment for the “new hospital” project in La Rochelle (knowing and guaranteeing wastewater quality).
